4. Your Content

Your content remains yours. You retain all rights to the projects, objectives, and notes you create in Gime.

• Process your content to provide the service

We will never use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

You are responsible for your content. We don't monitor or endorse user content.

5. Premium Subscriptions

5.1 Pricing

• Free tier: $0/month forever
• Premium tier: $12/month
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5.2 Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• You can cancel anytime
• No refunds for partial months

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Gime service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Sperienza and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Feedback

We welcome feedback! If you provide suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it
• We may perform maintenance with notice when possible
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Remain inactive for extended periods
• Engage in fraudulent activity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sperienza's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
